Moving towards a state of homeostasis so you can feel more grounded and joyful via various modalities such as EFT tapping, breath-work, and energy healing. 

My 1:1 treatments will also be available during the weekend in my teepee 🏕️

The weekend will fall on the New Moon and we will focus on new beginnings with this in mind. Can’t wait to the ceremonies and coming together as a support community of love and expension 🤍🪶🌊
                        

• breath-work techniques for dealing with various emotions using EFT tapping
• using my Organic skin care, we will do a detox and sculpt, self-massage routine with face yoga elements for the face and neck, which you can use daily at home. 
• The workshop wraps up with a heart-centred guided meditation, Reiki healing and visualisation using sound healing modalities.

All workshops are very different in dynamic and it’s always a unique experience, so come along and be part of it 💫
My attendees will get access to the “Tapping with Affirmations” video recording (3 minutes EFT) which I encourage to be practiced daily for at least 28 days.
